Live Performances

Dan has produced, directed & edited the the Miami Children's Hospital Foundation's "Diamond Ball" video since it's inception in 2007. In 2008, the Foundation added a Private Concert to it's black-tie fundraiser and held the event at the American Airlines Arena. Smokey Robinson & Gloria Gaynor were the featured acts and they made the $1000 ticket worth every penny! Here are highlights of their performances.

Moreover, after finishing up his latest film "P.A.T.H." (Preserving, Archiving and Teaching Hip-Hop History) which documents the P.A.T.H. Hip-Hop Academy, the first ever summer camp of it's kind in Miami, Dan grew increasingly interested in the South Florida music scene. "This has to be the most culturally diverse music scene in the country" he stated. "I would never have thought that there would be so many talented artists down here."

This revelation has led Dan to begin a series of videos he calls the Urban Artist Discovery Project. The focus of this project is to showcase the many talented multi-cultural artists that call South Florida home. Dan does this by contacting an artist he enjoys and offering to record one of their upcoming live shows. Here are several samples of these live recordings. . .enjoy!
